Refreshments, friendly faces, and companionship. A warm welcome awaits everyone.
Nine Lessons & Carols – Sunday 21st December, 6pm A traditional candlelight service with the carols you know and love, joined by members of the WGC Male Voice Choir, followed by mulled wine and mince pies.
Nativity Service – Wednesday 24th December, 3pm* Fun for all the family, the Nativity story told in an imaginative way. A special visit from Father Christmas with treats for boys and girls of every age, followed by mulled wine and mince pies.
Midnight Mass – Wednesday 24th December, 11:15pm Holy Communion, a traditional service, welcoming in Christmas Day.
Christmas Day Family Service – Thursday 25th December, 10am* A service for all the family, celebrating the joy of Christmas Day.
Children are welcome at every service; those marked * are especially suitable. Please come along and invite all your family and friends.
We are delighted to announce that a family has moved into the vicarage behind church. If you see them around, please welcome them to the community, and please avoid parking on their driveway going forward.
New Zion Christian Fellowship food bank is open every Wednesday 9-11am. You may drop items in from 8am on Wednesdays at 140 Cole Green Lane AL7 3JE. Please use the food bank based at the back of church if you wish to give items.

If you would like to request that we pray as a church for someone known to you, please first make every attempt to ensure that they would like to be prayed for by those at St Mary Magdalene. We will be conducting a monthly review of our Prayer List. If there is anyone who should come off the list or go on the list, please notify the churchwardens, Nick and Godfrey.

Remembrance Sunday at St Mary Magdalene: morning Eucharist, our 3pm Act of Remembrance at the war memorial, plus Quiz Night this Saturday.

This week at St Mary Magdalene: the Hot Chocolate Hallowe'en Evening is this Friday at 5pm, plus All Souls and Remembrance coming up.
